We will arrange 5* cleaning and provide hotel quality linen

Guest Support
We will manage all calls and communications with guests from the moment they book to their 5* review when they leave

Listings
We focus on the major platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals, and of course our very own FABStays.co.uk.  From photography to inventory, we will create, curate and update your listing to keep it fresh, current and visible.

Marketing
We will market your property on social media with photography and videos. We also add videos to our property listings unlike most other sites.

Revenue and Occupancy
We use pricing tools which will update the rates depending on trends and seasonal influences to ensure that you get the best price to secure bookings and hit occupancy levels.

But with no contractual tie in, unlimited owner stays, and a direct line to your property manager, you have the FLEXIBILITY to use your holiday home when you want to without restriction.
